European Days of Archaeology
For this new edition of the "Journées Européennes de l'Archéologie", the Museum is going into Archaeological mode!
In conjunction with the new exhibition “Marc Bohan: les Années Dior” (Marc Bohan: the Dior years), on view at the museum from June 1, the museum's staff will be on hand to help you discover fashion through the different eras. During a guided tour of the history of clothing from prehistory to the 19th century, you'll discover what materials and techniques were used, and how these have evolved over time. You will also discover other aspects of fashion, such as accessories, make-up, hairstyles, etc.
During these days, you'll also be able to watch card-weaving and fibula-making demonstrations in the halls.
