“I've always been attracted to art and drawing. I was able to pick up the pencil again at the age of 42 thanks to my teacher Isabel Maîna, a sketchbook artist and animal draughtswoman, with whom I also took part in numerous lquick sketch and travel diary, outdoors, in museums and zoos.

The VINCA Artistic and Cultural Association's associative project is part of a social and cultural inclusion and is aimed to suport the integration of Ukrainian and French populations in France.

Mariia Matokhniuk

Masha Klepko Matokhniuk was born in 1978 in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. She lives and works in Châtillon-sur-Seine. Since 2018, thanks to her icon teacher Marie Aveline, Masha has devoted herself to painting through Orthodox icon classes.

She is an accomplished artist who works with oil and acrylic paint on canvas and has a background in engineering.
